Vancouver, British Columbia - Smart Lite Technologies Ltd (the "Company" or "Smart Lite") announces a non-brokered private placement of common voting shares at a share value of $1.00 per share. The company is making available 400,000 shares for a total of $400,000.00 in proceeds.
Smart Lite Technologies Ltd
intends to distribute net proceeds of share sales to introduce its most
recently developed and patented commercial truck safety product to a global
market. These expenditures include costs of manufacturing, distribution, trade
show participation, on sight demonstrations, marketing, advertising, one annual
salary, publicity, distribution and retailer support.
